We are recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Service Clerk for a Southwest San Antonio Manufacturing company.


This position will be responsible for duties, to include:

  • Assisting customers with order placement, tracking and inquiries via phone, email and chat

  • Data entry of order information into ERP system

  • Communicating with internal departments for order and customer information

  • General Office support


This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., in a business casual environment.If you meet the listed requirements, send your resume, for immediate consideration.


  • BA Degree (or work related experience)

  • 3+ years of Customer Service experience

  • Excellent Bilingual (Spanish) communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • MS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Accurate Data Entry skills

  • General Office skills (fax/file/copy/scan/phones)


Pay range: $11.00-$14.00 hourly DOE
