Director of First Impressions/Receptionist/Admin

We are recruiting for a Director of First Impressions/Receptionist/Admin for a North San Antonio organization. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for the successful candidate. Daily duties, for this individual will include:

  • Maintaining first impressions by managing front desk reception (multi-line phone and in-person)

  • Meeting preparations

  • Correspondence

  • Updating reports

  • Data Entry projects

  • Email/Calendar management

  • Bookkeeping assistance

  • Event coordination/hosting

  • Meeting minutes/notes (SCRUM)

  • General Office support (fax/file/copy/scan)

This position will work Monday-Friday, approximately 40 hours per week, in a business casual environment.

Requirements:

  • High School education

  • 2+ years of Reception/Administrative Assistant experience

  • MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • General Office skills (fax/file/copy/scan/data entry/phones)

  • QuickBooks experience a PLUS!

  • MAC/PC environment experience

  • Event coordination/planning/hosting experience

  • Reliable transportation

  • Pleasant, positive attitude

  • Multi-tasking proficiency (at a desk), is a MUST!

 

 

Pay range:$14.00-$15.00 hourly, DOE
