We are recruiting for a Director of First Impressions/Receptionist/Admin for a North San Antonio organization. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for the successful candidate. Daily duties, for this individual will include:
Maintaining first impressions by managing front desk reception (multi-line phone and in-person)
Data Entry projects
Meeting minutes/notes (SCRUM)
General Office support (fax/file/copy/scan)
This position will work Monday-Friday, approximately 40 hours per week, in a business casual environment.

High School education
2+ years of Reception/Administrative Assistant experience
MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
General Office skills (fax/file/copy/scan/data entry/phones)
QuickBooks experience a PLUS!
MAC/PC environment experience
Event coordination/planning/hosting experience
Pleasant, positive attitude
Multi-tasking proficiency (at a desk), is a MUST!
Pay range:$14.00-$15.00 hourly, DOE
