We are recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for a public housing department, for a Northeast side company. This position will be responsible for duties to include:

  • Reception (multi-line phone and in-person)

  • Customer Service

  • Spreadsheet data entry, formatting and import/export

  • Document management (faxing, filing, copying, scanning)

  • Calendar/meeting coordination

  • General office support and maintenance (preparing meeting rooms, supply orders, etc.)

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position working Monday-Friday, from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in a business casual environment.

  • High School education

  • 2+ years of Administrative support experience

  • Property Management, Multifamily, Residential or Public Housing industry experience strongly preferred

  • MS Office proficiency (particularly Word, Outlook and Excel)

  • General Office skills (fax/file/copy/scan/data entry)

  • 2+ years of Reception experience (phone and in-person)

  • Reliable transportation (not on a bus line)


Pay range: $11-$12 hourly, DOE
