We are recruiting for a multi-faceted Administrative support position for a non-profit organization.
This is a high-profile, full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for the successful candidate. This individual will be working with Board of Directors and business leaders on a daily basis.
The hours and days for this position will include some evenings and weekends (depending on event schedules), as well as some travel may be required.
Responsibilities for this position include:
Manage board meetings (including minutes, reports, materials and logistics)
Lead all communication channels for organization members, participants and vendors (via email, bulk mailings, faxes, social media, correspondence and public relations material)
Marketing support (preparing presentations, coordinating events, catering, etc.)
Database Management (data entry, updates, scanning and document management)
Administrative support for leadership (calendar management, reporting and budget tracking)
Customer Service for members
Desktop publishing (newsletter creation, promotional materials, etc.)
General Office support

Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s strongly preferred)
5+ years of Administrative Office Management experience
3+ years of Event Planning experience
3+ years of Customer Service-related experience
Advanced MS Office skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
MS Publisher (or similar software) proficiency
Flexible schedule (to include Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., as well as some evenings and weekends, as required)
Must be able to travel, if required
Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
Must be self-motivated
Pay range: $40k-$50k, DOE
