North Houston Company is Q/A Tech for Commercial Bakery
Qualified candidate will be trained to monitor measurements of ingredients, weight of pie crust pre-bake, weight of filling pre-bake, weight of finished product.
Cake batter density. Track temp of cooling units and oven.
Must have basic math skills. Restaurant background a +. Bilingual a ++. MUST be dependable and prompt and have excellent attendance because the line cannot start production without QA.
Monday – Friday 5am to 3:30pm
