VIP Staffing is hiring IMMEDIATELY for the following:

2nd Shift Converting Packers

Perform duties to changeover and operate coating machine to apply adhesive material to liners in accordance with specified processes assigned to each job.

•Read and follow all written instructions on all Shop Orders.

•Document all Quality Control processes

•Maintain Production, Scrap, QC documentation and Material usage logs.

•Check and document all test procedures.

•Make appropriate adjustments to machine as needed.

•Mix products to specification.

•Keep supervisor advised of all unusual operating problems.

•Provide back up to other machine operators as needed.

•Complete all related documentation accurately and effectively.

•Follow company safety rules at all times including practicing good housekeeping around work area and maintaining all issued tools and safety equipment.

•Perform other duties as they are assigned.

$14.50/hr 2pm-10:30pm Mon – Fri
