We are seeking a self-motivated, highly efficient, and energetic Purchasing Coordinator in the Grand Prairie area to become an integral part of our team! The Purchasing Coordinator will use specialized equipment to manage the operational processes and project status.

FULL TIME opportunity

Day Shift – Monday thru Friday – Weekends OFF

Pay is up to $$ 700+ per week PLUS Overtime available!!!

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Quick Books manufacturing software to input sales orders and purchase orders

• Create positive relationships with team members, vendors, customers though a friendly and helpful attitude

• Manage the status of projects, update management and production teams

• Provide quality customer service throughout

• Must be able to learn, process, and adapt quickly

Requirements/Qualifications:

Clear, Concise, and confident communication skills
Able to handle fast paced environment
Sound judgment and decision making skills.
Strong Organizational skills
