We are seeking a Mig / Tig Welders to become an integral part of our team! The Welder will use specialized equipment to weld and assemble new metal forms.

1st Shift 6AM-2:30PM & 2nd Shift 2PM-10:30PM

Job Description:
Welder is responsible for welding carbon steel bars into wire frames. Must be familiar with MIG / TIG welding and have the ability to operate in a fast paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products

• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.

• Load parts into jigs for welding.

• Accurately read a tape measure to 1/16” measurements and set up jigs to weld bars into frames at the proper height.

• Weld carbon steel bars into wire frames.

• Install and repair various equipment and components

• Follow blueprints to meet product specifications

• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications

• Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance

• Entry level okay, but must be able to pass a welding test

Requirements/Qualifications:

Good communication skills.
Basic math skills.
Ability to stand and lift 50 to 75 lbs continuously during shift.
Prior experience with MIG welding.
