Account Executive We are looking for a proven Account Executive who is has a passion for excellent customer service. You will be the primary go to person for day-to-day customer needs, your kind of big deal! Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the primary account management for our customers.

• independently respond accordingly to all needs, concerns and issues.

• Continue to enhance our relationships and maintain trust from our customers.

• Coordinate and provide timely feedback via email or return to phone calls to customers.

• Engage with our customers in a full cycle staffing capacity by submitting resumes, interviewing, coordinating interviews, onboarding etc.

• Proactively seek new avenues strategies and services on how to better support our customers.

• Maintain a high level of integrity and business ethics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT Staffing experience

• Customer service oriented

• Strong IT Technical Acumen

• Strong Business Acumen

• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision and operate in a team environment.

• Must possess analytical and technical ability to leverage best-in-class sourcing tools and social networking tactics to tap quality diverse technical talent pools.

• Define, participate in, and execute sourcing strategy leveraging market intelligence and internal/external expertise to penetrate sparse talent pools and engage passive candidates.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with strong client/customer service orientation.

Experience:

• 3+ years of full-cycle in-house technical recruiting for an enterprise-level organization.

• Bachelors’ degree/advanced degree (or equivalent in experience), e.g., completion/participation in professional organization certification programs and/or designations.
