Account Manager
Our Account Managers sell, develop accounts, and drive results for our customers and organization. At VIP Tech we sell technology staffing. We positively impact lives by finding opportunities for technologists, and our customers trust us to find the best IT talent that is out there in effort to help them overcome their challenges.
.What you get to do:

Build strong relationships with hiring managers and create business partnerships

Identify prospects that will be in a stronger position when they are doing business with VIP Tech
-
Identify the necessary information to establish the business requirements, define the pricing, forecast budgets, and determine the profitability of each contract
-
Cold Calling out to prospective customers and setting up weekly appointments for meetings
-
Execute the activities that will gain results (this means daily, weekly and monthly accountabilities for dials, visits and revenue growth”)

Be the Point of contact for overall client needs, inquires or issues that need resolving

Exceptional Account Management and customer service

Meet clients and understand their IT employment

Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions

Offer innovative and creative employment solutions

Provide services that consistently delight our clients and talent
Qualifications:
-
3+ years of staffing experience
-
Serious ambition and an unlimited growth mindset
-
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of staffing/industry experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience, required
-
Proven success in a very fast-paced, team environment
-
Ability to fully leverage sales processes, market knowledge and product knowledge to more productively deliver results
-
Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills
-
Ability to make decisions, take direction, and execute a plan
-
Detail-oriented with follow-through shown in previous jobs

Able to communicate with and present at the executive level
-
Ability to use Microsoft Office

Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external)

Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
