$24.00up based on experience*At least 4 years of work experience in accounts in a Manufacturing Sector*ADVANCED WORKING KNOWLEDGE INEXCEL IS A MUST*Have basic working experience on Cost Accounting*Establish the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying , consolidating , and entering transactions.Audits invoices against purchase orders, researches discrepancies, and process for payment*Investigates problems that vendors or purchasing agents have with obtaining payments for bills.*Making journal entries for all receipts , payments, and other financial transactions*Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.*Prepares vouchers ,invoices ,checks ,account statements , report and other records, and reviews for accuracy*Reconciles general ledger accounts with various registers*Reconciles AR and AP with respective. sub-ledgers.*Complies cost reports and revenue and balance sheets* Reconciles banks statements*Monitors accounts payable and receivable to ensure that payments are up to date.*Reconciles report discrepancies and problems.*Assists employees ,vendors, clients or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services*BACHELORS DEGREE IN ACCOUNT IS A MUST CPA/CPA ELIGIBLE PREFERRED
