VIP Staffing is currently seeking an ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK to partner with one of the largest automobile manufacturers located on the South side of San Antonio. THIS POSITION IS TEMPORARY. If you have great attention to detail, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and would like to gain experience in the manufacturing environment then this is the position for YOU!

Pay Rate: $13.45

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00 am-4:45 pm)

Essential Duties:

• Monitor inventory log outs and returns

• Ensure correct part numbers are logged

• Monitor quantity taken out of stock to promote inventory control

• Assist with daily physical inventory

• Work closely with production control(PC) receiving to resolve missing packing list

• Enter production daily

• Assist in processing 25 accounts payable checks

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• MUST be familiar with Excel formatting

• MUST have experience in administrative functions (filing, sorting, copy/print, etc.)

• MUST have a Valid Drivers License

• MUST be able to consent to a drug screen

• MUST be able to consent to a background check
