Job Overview:  

We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones, filing, entering data into Excel spreadsheets, ordering parts from vendors online, and preparing quotes based on information provided by our estimators. You will collaborate with a team of customer service agents to provide excellent support to both internal and external customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.

– Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of information.

– Input and manage data using Excel spreadsheets.

– Order parts and supplies from vendors through online platforms.

– Assist in preparing and putting together customer quotes from estimators.

– Work closely with a team of customer service representatives, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

– Perform other general administrative tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

– Proficiency in using Excel and other basic computer programs.

– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Self-motivated, reliable, and consistent with a willingness to learn.

– Previous experience in an administrative/customer service desk role is a plus, but not required.


Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM  

Pay Rate: Starting at $16/hour  

Dress Code: Casual
