Immediately hiring an Admin/Receptionist for a very busy Pet Clinic on the northeast side of San Antonio. Must love ALL animals!
Shift is Mon-Fri 7am-6pm (open to close) & Sat 7am-1pmDuties:
- Administrative and Receptionist duties.
- Answer phones, transfer calls, take messages, file paperwork, and schedule appointments.
- Greet customers & pets at the front desk.
- Check-in and check-out appointments.
- Assist with taking animals to the back for treatment.
- Follow-up phone calls and scheduling appointments.
- Must love to be around all animals.
