Immediately seeking Admin Support for a large warehouse on the northwest side of San Antonio.
Pay is $16/hr.
Shift is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and in-person, delivering exceptional customer service
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues or concerns
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
- Manage and prioritize incoming correspondence and requests efficiently
- Support the team in various tasks to improve workflow and operational efficiency
- Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must have email engagement
- Proper phone etiquette to contact clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience with CRM software (Goldmine) is a plus
- Ability to utilize Google for researching purposes
- Must be able to strive in fast-paced environment with little training
