Knowledge of Administrative and Clerical Procedures
Produce and maintain various reporting metrics and presentation material through Advanced MS Excel, and other Microsoft programs.
Greet and assist visitors
Order and manage office supply inventory and maintain office equipment.
Able to handle phone call volume
Proper phone etiquette is a must!
