Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist

Company located in North Houston is seeking a sharp individual to fulfill this role.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Competent Office Assistant to help manage daily office management tasks and assist in wearing multiple hats as needed.

  • The ideal candidate will be hardworking, able to undertake a variety of office support and accounting tasks

  • This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills are required

  • Professional Personal Presentation

  • Customer Service Orientation, Organized and Reliable.

  • Knowledge of Administrative and Clerical Procedures

  • Produce and maintain various reporting metrics and presentation material through Advanced MS Excel, and other Microsoft programs.

  • Greet and assist visitors

  • Order and manage office supply inventory and maintain office equipment.

  • Able to handle phone call volume

  • Proper phone etiquette is a must!
