Administrative Coordinator

Client Info: Manufacturing company that manufactures custom wood doors and cabinet.

Job Description:

– account management

– answer and transfer incoming calls

– data entry, computer literacy, Microsoft office, and other computer programs

– 50 WPM

– coordinate with installation department for clients needs

– assist in billing / invoicing

– customer service

– works directly with the accounting and sales departments

Hours:

Monday – Friday

7:30am – 4:30pm

Pay: $13.50
