Key Responsibilities:
- Show Units: Conduct tours of apartment units for prospective tenants, highlighting features and benefits.
- Process Applications: Assist qualified applicants with move-in paperwork and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Maintain a strong closing ratio and work toward meeting or exceeding quarterly leasing targets.
- Customer Service: Present the property in the best light and provide exceptional service to both current and prospective tenants.
- Leadership: Train leasing agents on effective closing techniques and motivate the team to achieve sales goals.
- Maintain Property Standards: Ensure the clubhouse, leasing office, and all common areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Service Requests: Process tenant service requests promptly and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Administrative Support: Answer incoming calls and provide helpful information to tenants and prospects.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to set and achieve goals independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Previous leasing or property management experience is a plus but not required.
