Job Title: Apartment Maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and upgrades to maintain the interior and exterior of apartment communities.
- Handle electrical and plumbing repairs as needed.
- Perform painting, lawn maintenance, and other general upkeep tasks.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of industry experience or 3 years of general contract maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair with practical, hands-on experience.
- Familiarity with environmental and industrial hazards (e.g., asbestos, lead, mold, radon) relevant to residential housing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
