Day to Day:

Designs, develops, implements, tests, deploys, supports and documents Microsoft based solutions across a variety of distributed platforms. Utilizes varied web technology to enhance business capabilities and improve efficiency across different lines of business in the organization. Collaborates with various teams to understand and transpose business requirements into practical and cost effective solutions. Develops, maintains, and configures Microsoft infrastructure tools and utilities. Builds and sustains tools and solutions to extract maximum reuse from application services, tools, and utilities to manage the IT footprint and keep the environment as simple as possible. Partners with technical leads in designing, implementing and supporting Microsoft based solutions and technologies as Visual Studio, SharePoint, CRM Dynamics, Silverlight, and Windows Server. Contributes in guiding the design and standards of web integration access methods applicable to the organization. Consults supports and sustains data integration initiatives for new or existing web applications. Supports Microsoft based production solutions including problem resolution, monitoring, performance management, and capacity management. Implements Service Requests for the lines of business requiring enhancements or other modifications to SharePoint based intranet applications or other internal .Net based solutions. Unit tests development components to ensure features, functions and customizations are seamless with zero members/users issues. Organizational understanding of lines-of-business processes and goals to ensure solution designs exceeds business need and minimize potential negative impact on business operations. Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values.

What We Require:

Bachelor degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or comparable education and/or experience. At least three (3) year of development, design and technical solutions implementation experience. Basic Microsoft .Net based solutions experience. Knowledge of internet based infrastructure, technology and concepts. Able to grasp new technologies, applications and concepts, and apply them as required. Structured application development methodology and principles experience, with an understanding of structured environments using distinct development, test, and production environments. Experience with web infrastructure components such as: source code control utilities, environment administration and monitoring technologies, IIS, SharePoint, Visual Studio, Dynamics CRM, SQL Server, JavaScript, .Net C#, XML and Web Services. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills. Work flexible hours as needed, including possible weekends. Provide seven day a week, twenty-four hour a day on call support.

Familiarity developing and supporting solutions, products and services in the retail banking industry. Able to work in a team environment, meet deadlines, mentor and share knowledge. Proven ability to organize and structure a growing inventory of application assets, and be able to draw and maintain diagrams that can quickly convey the overall context of the environment/solution.
