Location: San Antonio, TX

We are recruiting for an Appointment Scheduler, for a Northwest San Antonio medical services company. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for the successful candidate, working full-time, Monday-Friday, from either 8am-5pm or 10am-7pm, in a business casual environment.

Daily duties to include:

  • Scheduling appointments for existing clients for training (either taking or making calls)

  • Coordinating setting up meetings

  • General Office support

  • Customer Service

  • High School education

  • 1+ years of Receptionist/Administrative Assistant or Scheduling experience

  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Basic MS Excel and Word proficiency

  • Email proficiency

  • Reliable transportation

  • Friendly personality

Pay rate: $10.00 hourly (if successful in temp-to-hire, pay rate increases to $12.00 hourly)
