A “Best-in-Class” residential and commercial pool builder in Texas, is currently seeking to add an Asp.Net Developer to our San Antonio, TX technical team.

The .Net Developer will work to modernize existing systems built using VB.Net and SQL (along with other technologies) as part of a larger software and internal application responsible for delivering prioritized projects that look to maximize value for our internal end users and our business. Most of the projects relate to the modernizing of existing SQL/VB.NET applications and integration of 3^rd party applications.

You will:

• Work closely within a small team to refine and pull stories so that the team can deliver results upon each sprint.

• Communicate regularly with team members.

• Review, analyze and resolve application issues as needed.

• Evaluate strategies and makes recommendations on changes and improvements.

• Collaborate with team members on the design and implementation of new functionality.

• Participate and provide feedback during planning and review meetings.

• Support the day-to-day operations of the product.

• Learn new technologies to expand your ability to support our full suite of systems. This is often facilitated by paired programming and/or mobbing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, IS, or other related field

• 3-5 years of C#,asp.Net, Web Services and SQL Server experience

• Knowledge of Low-Code web apps (i.e. Caspio, Zoho)

• Proficiency in Excel/Google sheets with preferred knowledge of scripting

• 2 years of IT experience

• Ability to manage external and internal IT professionals

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High level of emotional intelligence with the ability to work within team environment

• Organized, thorough work ethic

• Analytically and mathematically inclined.

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Ability to read small letters/text and operate keyboard/computer.
