Job Summary:
We are hiring Auto Assembly Workers for a manufacturing company in Cibolo, TX. This is a full-time role with mandatory monthly rotating shifts, alternating between day and night shifts every four weeks. Training is provided; however, prior experience in assembly or manufacturing is required. This is a great opportunity for serious candidates seeking long-term growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts and components on the production line in accordance with company specifications.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for 10-12 hours per shift.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality control during assembly tasks.
- Adhere to strict safety and operational protocols.
- Participate in mandatory rotating shifts (4 weeks of days and 4 weeks of nights).
- Availability to work some Saturdays is required.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is mandatory.
- Ability to pass a mathematical test and a comprehensive skills test.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work long hours standing.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with automated assembly systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues on the production line.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an assembly or manufacturing role.
Contract Details:
- Full-time position with monthly rotating shifts (days and nights).
- Must work 4 weeks on day shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) followed by 4 weeks on night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Weekend availability may be required as needed.
- Pay: $18.50 – $19.25 per hour.
