VIP Staffing is hiring for Assembly Modifications team. This position is located in SE San Antonio.

Job Requirements:

• Assemble, install wiring on electrical systems, machinery and equipment

• Assemble, align, lay-out and make unit operational before starting testing process begins

• Dismantle, restore and clean injection and clamping unit after modifications

• Experience using hand held tools like; screwdrivers, crimpers, strippers, ratchets / sockets, channel locks, Allen and torque wrenches and using powered tools

• Experience with forklifts and overhead cranes

• Fabricate as needed and verify cosmetics on a modified machine

• Industrial electrical experience in 3 phase and adjusting voltages

• Proper material handling of machine parts

• Read and interpret schematic & wiring diagrams, blueprints, specifications, and determine materials requirements for modification assembly

• Support parts and logistics department

• Verify all customer options are installed

Skill Sets:

• Application of engineering science and technology to principals, techniques, procedures to production

• Ability to determine proper equipment and tool selection application

• Computer experience in hardware, software and applications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required

• Physically fit to climb, squat on machines and manual dexterity to use tools

• Troubleshooting and problem solving in regards to being mechanically inclined.

• Working knowledge of the Metric System
