HR Associate Generalist
Provides project support and client advisory services with high emphasis on employee development, performance management, skills development and supervisor coaching. Fosters relationships with clients and other leadership professionals. Reviews budgets, proposals and business development planning documents ensuring project comprehension and expectations. Attends industry related networking events. Provides project leadership by working with the Client’s Executive Management Team establishing and maintaining objectives, strategies, action plans and policies.
Qualifications:
- 3 – 5 years' experience.
- Experience with EEOC Compliance.
- Job descriptions/compensation research.
- Employee handbooks, training and investigations, or a combination of these.
- Some travel is required to support off-site clients.
- Specialize in Employee Development.
- HR Programs & Process Management.
- Employment Services.
