Immediately hiring Assemblers for a large auto manufacturing company in Cibolo.
Pay starts at $18.50/hr.
Shift is M-F 6:30am-3:15pm (overtime and weekends as needed). Shifts rotate monthly.
Responsibilities:
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to perform assembly tasks.
- Assemble large and small parts using fingertips and hand tools
- Auto part assembly
- Use of manual dexterity to assemble parts
- Perform welding and machining operations as required.
- Use measuring tools such as calipers to ensure accuracy of assembled components.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing assembly or related field preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly processes.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and machinery effectively and safely.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Must be able to rotate shifts monthly (day and night shift)
- Must be able to work mandatory overtime and weekends as required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to do repetitive tasks on the production line
