VIP Staffing is currently seeking experienced AutoCAD Drafters to work with one of San Antonio’s oldest HVAC companies! This company specializes in providing exceptional HVAC services for commercial and industrial refrigeration industries, by providing design, equipment, installation and 24/7 repair and maintenance. Pay Rate: $19.00-$27.00/hr (DOE)

Shift: MUST have open availability

Job Description:

• Proficient in AutoCAD

• Knowledge of Commercial and Industrial Building Systems and Construction techniques

• Knowledge of Mechanical Piping, electrical and installation techniques

• Ability to collect, organize and analyze data and use data to make effective decisions

• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, team skills, intercultural understanding, both orally and in writing

• Ability to read architectural drawings

• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural steel drawings.

• Good mathematical skills.

• High attention to detail, meticulous, and focused on quality

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Associates Degree in Computer Aided Drafting or equivalent education and experience PREFFERED

• Minimum 2 years experience in AutoCAD

• MUST be highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel,etc.)

• MUST have open availability

• MUST have basic math skills

• MUST have reliable transportation

• MUST be able to pass ALL necessary background requirements

• MUST be able to pass a mandatory Hair Follicle Drug Screening
