Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm 1 hour lunch
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answers incoming calls, in a friendly and professional manner, screens calls as directed, forwards calls to proper extension, or takes messages if party not available.

Greets visitors in a friendly and professional manner and notifies staff of their arrival.
-
Ensures adherence to visitor policy.
-
Takes product inventory of front storage area, reorders and stocks product.
-
Picks up mail daily from Post Office box.
-
Sorts and distributes all employee mail and faxes.
-
Manages employee sign-in log.
-
Dates and logs daily check receipts and runs totals.
-
Processes sample requests, phone and walk-in orders.
-
Reconciles cash register with daily sales.
-
Data entry of daily invoices into computer.
-
Cross trains with Customer Service Representatives on order entry and other related CSR duties.
-
Receives and logs resumes and applications for Human Resources.
-
Receives and logs coupons redemptions.
-
Works with other departments on related matters.
-
Complies with company policies and procedures.
-
Attendance must be regular and meet the requirements of the position.
-
Performs any and all duties relevant to our client’s objectives.

EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS NECESSARY:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience.

College degree may be substituted for this requirement.

Ability to operate phone system.
-
Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish preferred.
-
Ability to organize and manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously. Ability to prioritize daily duties and projects.
-
Experience preparing sales orders/invoices.
-
Ability to detect and trace errors.
-
Ability to perform mathematical calculations with accuracy and timeliness; such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, ratios, discounts and percentages manually or with calculator.
-
Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing in order to convey or communicate information.
-
Ability to operate computer and keyboard in order to input and retrieve data and to prepare reports.
-
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel.
-
Valid/current driver’s license and a clean driving record with no DWI’s.
-
Experience with word processing and electronic spreadsheet software programs, in order to prepare reports and analyze data.
