Job Summary:

As a vital part of our team, you will thrive in the fast-paced environment of day-to-day recruiting activities for our client’s busy manufacturing plants. This role is responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and guiding the hiring process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

– Source, identify, and engage candidates through various channels, including partnerships with local schools, job boards, and referrals.
– Maintain and track applicant flow and provide feedback in partnership with Human Resources and hiring managers.
– Document and monitor candidate progress within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
– Oversee the recruitment process from initial sourcing to offer stage, and coordinate start dates and onboarding for new hires.
– Work closely with the social media team to effectively market open positions to potential candidates.
– Ensure compliance with government immigration and federal employment laws and regulations.
– Develop and maintain a pipeline for key field positions.
– Communicate consistently with hiring managers about active searches and the local talent market.
– Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

– 1-3 years of high-volume recruitment experience, particularly for skilled labor roles.
– Experience in manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
– Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
– Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
– Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects with limited supervision.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality, and use sound judgment.
– Knowledge of AAP/EEO regulations related to personnel selection.
– Bilingual proficiency is required for this position.
