VIP Staffing is currently seeking an experience Billing Clerk to work with one of San Antonio’s oldest HVAC companies! This company specializes in providing exceptional HVAC services for commercial and industrial refrigeration industries, by providing design, equipment, installation and 24/7 repair and maintenance. The Billing Clerk would be responsible for invoicing, collections and as well as updating records.

Pay Rate: $18.00-$23.00/hr (DOE)

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Job Duties

• Creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers by all necessary means, and updating customer files.

• Managing account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies

• Collecting all information needed to calculate bills receivable

• Checking the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill

• Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.

• Generate credit memos

Requirements:

• Proven experience as billing clerk or general accounting experience

• Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); Working knowledge of relevant software

• 10-key by touch

• Typing 45 WPM+

• Excellent math ability

• Good organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills
