Bookkeeper/HR
Reports to General Manager
Summary: The Bookkeeper should have proven accounting experience, familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures, competence in MS Office, databases and QuickBooks, accuracy and attention to detail, aptitude for numbers, ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks, and data entry and word processing skills.
Job Duties:
– Assist with accurate data entry and calculations
– Oversee filing and record keeping tasks
– Deposit checks daily
– Process payroll weekly
– Journal Entries
– Keep thorough records of company employees and their time, insurance, etc.
– Provide accurate and timely processing of varied accounting transactions
– Assist in reconciling transactions, budget, and expense reports
– Supporting supervisory by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks.
– Review and process invoices daily
– Manage daily time in software
Required Qualifications:
– Must be highly organized
– Punctual
– Excellent communication skills.
– Advanced QuickBooks Enterprise Knowledge
– Proficient in Excel
Compensation:
– $22-25/hour
– 2 Week’s Vacation
– Health, Dental, Life, and Vision Insurance
Schedule:
– Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30 pm
