We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper with expertise in Sage accounting software. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and creating Purchase Orders (POs). This role requires a proactive individual who can maintain accurate financial records and contribute to the efficient operation of our finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable (AP):

Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

Reconcile vendor statements and promptly resolve discrepancies.
Accounts Receivable (AR):
-
Generate and send invoices to customers.
-
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
Purchase Orders (POs):
-
Create and manage purchase orders.
-
Verify the accuracy of POs against invoices and deliveries.
Sage Software Management:

Maintain accurate financial records in Sage accounting software.

Generate financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closings.
General Bookkeeping Duties:

Record and reconcile financial transactions.

Assist in preparing documentation for audits and tax filings.

Maintain organized and secure financial records.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Sage accounting software is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of AP, AR, and PO processes.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
