Bookkeeper – Spring, TX

Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate $14.00/hr. – $17.00/hr. DOE

Our client is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to assist in managing day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.

• 3-5 years’ Experience

• Self-Starter

• Accounts Payable’s/Receivables

• Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and QuickBooks

• Reconciles statements

• Customer Service Focused able to handle customers that may be challenged

• Business Casual Dress ~ Jeans, Tennis Shoes

• Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

• 1-Hours Lunch
