- Table Saws: Essential for cutting large panels of wood or plywood into smaller, more manageable pieces.
- Edge Banders: Apply a thin strip of material (often wood veneer or laminate) to the edges of panels for a finished look.
- Panel Saws: Specifically designed for cutting large sheets of wood or plywood into panels used in cabinets.
- Jointers: Used to create flat surfaces along the edges of boards, ensuring they can be joined together seamlessly.
- Planers: Reduce the thickness of wood boards and create a smooth, even surface.
- Drill Presses: Used for precise drilling of holes in wood, especially for hardware installation.
- Mortisers: Specialized machines for cutting square or rectangular holes (mortises) for joints.
- Sanding Machines: Belt or drum sanders smooth the wood surfaces and edges.
