We are actively seeking a Compounder for a company in the Oak Cliff Area

Pay $14-16 Based on Experience

Monday-Friday 7AM-7PM

This role will be responsible for operating and controlling chemical compounding equipment, creating batches with the correct components, and ensuring that all batches of a given product meet the manufacturing specifications.

As our Compounder, you’ll make an impact by:

• Following procedures to create batches according to each order’s specifications and timelines.

• Inspecting raw materials and ensuring the ingredients meet the companies requirements.

• Performing visual quality checks while compounding each batch, identifying irregularities and/or adverse chemical reactions and informing supervisors immediately.

• Adjusting mixer speeds to accommodate differences in processing equipment and raw material reactions.

• Keeping work spaces and mixing equipment clean and following the safety and production quality policies.

• Training compounding personnel on procedures, work instructions, housekeeping guidelines and manufacturing instructions.

• Communicating effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and managers regarding raw material inventory, batch processing or difficulties.

• Safely operating all required equipment for batch production.

• Accurately and completely filling out all required paperwork.

• Utilizing SAP and other technology, as requested, to assist with batch production.

What you need to succeed:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D

• Experience reading and comprehending production instructions and basic chemical and hazard information

• Ability to stand for long durations

• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines

• Experience driving a lift truck

• Capacity to lift 50lbs and climb ladders

• Aptitude to learn RF scan gun and SAP

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
