Major Responsibilities

· Translate the company vision and strategy into annual and quarterly plans

· Hold the leadership team and company accountable to achieve quarterly and annual goals

· Deploy and execute on existing systems for planning and coordination across departments

· Supervise and guide the staff through execution of plans on a daily basis

Additional Responsibilities

· Lead planning, hiring and budget development efforts

· Logically develop plans to address anticipated and unforeseen business challenges

· Provide input to the Board of Directors and CEO regarding business strategy

· Execute on deliverables to senior management and Board

Ideal Candidate

10 years of operations leadership experience·

5 years or more leading cross-functional teams >100 people

· Excellent communicator

· Detail-oriented with a focus on accountability and correctness

· multi-tasking, dotting i’s, and crossing t’s

· Degree(s) in Business, Finance, Accounting
