CNC Operator needed for our manufacturing client in Southeast San Antonio. This is full-time, direct hire position starting ASAP!

Details:

• Schedule: Mon – Thurs, 1/2-day Friday

• Work hours: 6am to 4:30pm

• Pay: $16 per hour (may vary based on experience level)

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC to produce parts per job order/drawing

• Choose/pull correct tool and/or die sets for job

• Adhere to all safety guidelines

• Machining, programing, operating

• Perform inspection of material being fabricated

• Use computer-assisted gaging systems to do set ups

• Download programs from computer onto CNC Machine

• Use measuring tools: calipers, micrometers, gage pins & blocks, telescoping gages, protractors & squares

• Drill press, conventional lathe and mill

• Record time in decimals on time sheet from reading chart

Experience/Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a CNC operator

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
