Currently takin applications for a Concierge/Front Desk for a private elite auto club in San Antonio. This is a temporary position and not full-time. Position is on an on-call, fill in basis. Next date of temp fill in is Jan. 20th.
Pay is $18/hr.
Shift is 9am-6pm and occasionally 6pm-11pm as needed
Duties:
- Member Services: Provide personalized assistance to members, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing club events, including car shows, drives, and social gatherings, ensuring all details are meticulously handled
- Reservations Management: Facilitate reservations for club events, dining, and other services, maintaining accurate records and follow-ups
- Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks such as managing correspondence, maintaining member databases, and processing payments
- Facility Management: Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and common spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment
Requirements:
- Must be extremely professional
- Previous experience working with VIPs
- Knowledge of elite automobiles is a plus
- 3 yrs. experience as an executive assistant, front desk, or concierge required
- Ability to be the front face of the company for the private members
- Must be able to work with little training
- Assist other departments of the club as required
- Ability to multi-task
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor required
- Must be flexible to work when needed
