POSITION FUNCTION SUMMARY:

This position supports the Manager with contract-related work, ensuring quality standards, meeting deadlines, and overseeing staff and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining contract quality and timelines, and performing administrative tasks for client and case management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following outlines the general nature and level of work expected. They are not exhaustive.
Day-to-Day Operations:
  • Ensure compliance with Scope of Work requirements.
  • Read and interpret contract specifications.
  • Assist in planning and organizing contracts.
  • Recommend operational procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure schedules are met to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Make independent decisions; escalate complex situations when necessary.
  • Recommend staffing and supply needs to maintain smooth operations.
Inventory and Quality Control:
  • Manage inventory, quality assurance, and production data.
  • Submit payroll information and prepare billing summaries.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and other administrative documents.
  • Perform clerical duties as required.
Personnel Training:
  • Train personnel in safety procedures and work assignments.
  • Provide training to support staff in client care and living skills.
  • Collaborate with support staff to set and monitor goals.
  • Conduct time studies and performance evaluations as needed.
Relationship Management:
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and relevant parties.
  • Conduct staff meetings to enhance communication and efficiency.
Supervision and Work Management:
  • Supervise personnel, work procedures, workloads, and schedules.
  • Promote productivity and a safe working environment.
  • Manage work units according to laws and company policies.
Leadership and Communication:
  • Foster continuous improvement and effective communication.
  • Solve problems creatively and proactively.
  • Provide support to staff to ensure smooth operations.

Education and Experience:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be 21 years of age. Two (2) years' experience and proven success working in a production environment, inventory control and quality control systems required. Two (2) years supervisory experience in comparable field required.
