VIP South Dallas is looking for Crate Builders for their Shipping department in our Cedar Hill location. This position will require experience with hand tools and heavy lifting to build crates for products being shipped out and the ability to read a tape measure and pass an assessment. Must have own tools.
Crate Builder Shift:
- Monday-Friday
- 1st
- 6 am-2:30 pm
Crate Builder Pay Rate:
- $18-$20
Crate Builder Responsibilities:
- Building crates for material being shipped out.
- Using hand tools, nail guns, pneumatic staplers, etc.
- Pulling and staging materials for production.
- Opens boxes and inspects contents of shipments.
- Stage loading and unloading areas with appropriate equipment
Crate Builder Skills:
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Familiar with hand tools and basic cutting.
- Possesses physical strength necessary to lift and move boxes.
- Possesses basic math skills.
- Demonstrates awareness of safety procedures.
