Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

SUMMARY

Clean and make minor repairs to property to project a pleasant, sanitary and safe work environment.  

 

DUTIES

– Clean and maintain Main Building, Marketing and R&D areas on a daily basis, including dusting, disinfecting the restrooms, mopping, waxing, shampooing the carpets, washing dishes and coffee pots, supplying toiletries, and emptying the trash.                                   

– Order janitorial supplies and items for kitchen areas.                                                                                                                                                                  

– Assist maintenance department with repairs as needed.

– Ensure all entry ways are secured every night.

– Assist mailroom coordinator with mail routing, shipping papers and errands as needed.

Experience

Two years janitorial experience including use of dirt extractor, floor burnishes, and floor scrubber.

Physical Abilities

Lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. frequently
