Customer Care Associate I
1st Shift/Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:00am start
Job Overview
Summary: The Customer Care Associate I reports to the Manager Customer Care I and will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers to help support the sales organization. Striving to deliver an exceptional level of “white glove” service for this customer segment, the individual will be proactively engaged in supporting relevant marketing programs, preparing account related collateral, and helping in identifying and solving ongoing problems/issues. Additionally, associate will interact with other internal team members in Enterprise Business Services, Operations, and Sales in such a way as to meet and exceed the company’s objectives by performing the administrative duties.

Customer Service, Order Entry, Basic Troubleshooting

Inbound support from Customers, Sales Reps, Drivers, WH Day Personnel

Engaging with callers in a pleasant and warm demeanor.

Collaboratively working internal personnel
Qualifications

Willing to learn company policy, On-the-job Training

Need “great personality” & willingness to succeed

Must be willing to make and receive both inbound and outbound phone calls to support customer and client relations

Tech savvy – Microsoft Suite including Excel & Outlook

Strong written communication skills for email writing & word documents

10-key skills would be “awesome”
