Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
Possible overtime as needed; must be OK with working OT.
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing solutions, and delivering excellent service. This role ensures customers' needs are met promptly, professionally, and in a manner that promotes customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, providing timely and accurate information.
- Handle complaints, concerns, and technical issues, working to resolve them quickly and effectively.
- Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of products or services to provide accurate guidance.
- Work with other departments to improve service and product quality based on customer feedback.
