Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience with statistical analysis software and tools: such as SPSS

• 3+ years’ experience with performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement

• Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets

• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills and an informed, evidence-based approach

• Bachelor Degree in Statistics, Psychology, Operations Research/Mathematical Optimization, Mathematics, Physics or another quantitative field.

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

• 5+ years manipulating, processing and extracting value from large disconnected datasets

• Experience in an Agile environment

• Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases

• Expert in SPSS Statistics and SPSS Modeler

• Experience using data presentation software/tools: Tableau, Excel Database administration, management

• Data modeling skills

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Statistics, Psychology, Operations Research/Mathematical Optimization, Mathematics, Physics or another quantitative field.
