Manager, Digital Performance Analytics

San Antonio TX – FTE

• Will be remote for now primarily due to COVID, have not received a final confirmation if this team will stay remote, so ideally someone who is already in the San Antonio area, or would not mind relocating to San Antonio.

• Reports directly to our SVP, Digital Services

• Direct Repots: 1 – an Associate Analyst. This person should have some experience in a Senior / Lead level or Manager capacity as he/she will be mentoring this Associates Analyst

• Should have strong experience with digital analytics, preferably digital data in a consumer website (we call them members). He/she should be close to an expert in deploying analytics and leveraging tools (Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch OR Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager)* Adobe will take preference over Google, and taking over the process and building out the capabilities from scratch. So should also have experience with Consumer Insights OR e-Commerce OR Digital Marketing (not marketing alone)

• If the person has Adobe Certificates, even better.

• Financial Background is a PLUS not required.
