Director of Creative Services

The Director of Creative Services oversees the creative services group comprised of internal and external staff including: creative producers, designers, presentation designers, and creative writers to develop the need for graphical, advertising and brand identity. This person reports to the Executive Director and supports marketing campaigns needs

1. Oversee creation and management of brand identity for all entities. Conceptualize projects and give direction towards accomplishing creative goals.

2. Create, oversee, review and approve all materials representing the organization to ensure integrity of brand and identity in messaging

3.Provide creative direction into messaging and projects including but not limited to: photo shoots, video shoots, product designs, environmental and wayfinding signage, event branding, ministry collateral materials and digital communications.

4. Manage and lead a team of creative individuals. Develop them into a high-level creative group capable of delivering creative ideas to push forward and reach new audiences.

5. Perform all other functions and duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor, department head.
