Immediately seeking a Dispatcher for a large Plumbing company in the San Antonio/Helotes area. Pay is $18-$20/hr. depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Provide information about plumbing products and services- Assist customers with issues and service call scheduling- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or sales leads- Utilize sales techniques to upsell products or services- Maintain accurate customer records using data entry skills

Requirements:- Proven experience in dispatching/customer service specifically in plumbing industry is preferred- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
