Richmond-Area Client Looking for Dynamic Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative

The growing, service-based office needs a reliable, well-organized Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to help with day-to-day operations. The Dispatcher/CSR will be primarily responsible for managing phone lines and effectively dispatching Service Technicians and Install Teams with a focus on labor-usage efficiency. The position will also be responsible for entering daily service/install tickets into operational software, oversight of the annual maintenance program and record management. Seeking a punctual, energetic “go-getter” who can work well in a small, dynamic office setting. This position will require a person who can multi-task, meet specific deadlines, “think on their feet”, work well with others, and get the job done. Prefer someone with two to four years of experience with dispatching in a service-related environment, but will consider equivalent experience; experience with an operational dispatching software (ACOWIN a plus), but will provide training to the right individual. Requires experience in Microsoft Office (mainly Word & Excel), excellent communication skills and extremely proficient with spelling and grammar usage.

Monday – Friday from 7:30 am – 4:30 pm. PUNCTUALITY IS A MUST

This position is for 2-3 months but could be temp to hire with the right fit
