Experienced Commercial Drywall Estimator:

In office position, Austin Texas.

Start date, Immediate.   

2 years + Commercial Metal Framing, Drywall & Acoustical Ceiling estimating experience.

 

Software Experience:

Quick Bid, Preferred

On Screen take Off, Required

Procore Project Management Tools, Preferred

Microsoft 365 based programs, Required.

 

Scope Experience:

Exterior CFM framing, Preferred.

Exterior sheathing, Preferred.

Thermal Insulation, Preferred.

Exterior wood blocking, Preferred.

Interior gypsum board assemblies, Required.

Sound batt insulation. Required.

Fire caulking, Required.

Acoustical caulking, Required.

Interior wood blocking. Required.

Interior tape & float. Preferred.

Raco style door & window frame installation. Required

Hollow metal door & window frame installation. Required

Hollow metal & wood door installation with hardware. Required

Acoustical ceiling systems. Required

Specialty ceiling systems. Preferred.

Acoustical wall treatments. Preferred

FRP & Rigid Wall Protection. Preferred

 

Project Type Experience:

Value to 750k, average 250k – 750k

Tennent Finish Out preferred.
