Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assembly and Wiring: Assemble, wire, and install electrical and electronic components based on blueprints and technical specifications.
- Product Testing: Test and verify the functionality of finished products before packaging.
- Documentation: Accurately complete device history records and daily production logs.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience: Soldering and wiring experience are preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and follow detailed instructions.
- Manual Dexterity: Proficient in working with small components and tools.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Committed to producing high-quality work with precision.
